Method of tempering in Dal Makhani;-

Ingredients:

  • Black gram dal (urad dal )
  • Beans (Rajma)
  • Salt
  • Tomato
  • Butter
  • Cumin (Jeera)
  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chili
  • Kashmiri red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Coriander (Dhaniya)

Method to make Dal Makhani:-

To make Dal Makhani, you must soak urad dal and rajma overnight so that it gets puffed up well.

In the morning, you have to put it in the cooker, add salt and cook it for six whistles.

You must put the wok on the gas, place butter, and melt it.

As soon as the butter melts, add cumin seeds and cook for 1 second.

After that, you must add finely chopped onion and make it golden brown by stirring continuously.

When it becomes golden brown, add garlic ginger paste, green chili, Kashmiri red chili powder, and mix it well.

Then you have to add tomato puree, turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander powder and mix it well, and cook on a low, medium flame for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, you will see that the masala there is well cooked.

Then you have to add boiled lentils to it, mix it well, and cook on a low, medium flame for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, you have to turn off the gas, add finely chopped green coriander, and mix it well.

Method of tempering in Dal Makhani:-

For tempering, you have to take a tempering pan.

And put butter in it and melt it.

Add Kashmiri red chili powder and stir thoroughly once the butter has melted.

The Dal Makhani is ready. You can enjoy it with your whole family.
