 Lauki ki barfi is very tasty to eat. You can make it very easily at home. You can make this in Diwali. Everyone will like it very much at home. Whenever you feel like eating semolina and coconut laddoos, you can make bottle gourd barfi.

Lauki ki Barfi is prepared in less ingredients. Lauki ki Barfi is liked by all children, from small to big. If a guest suddenly comes to your house, then you can give this barfi in sweet.

You can make bottle gourd barfi anytime. You can make bottle gourd barfi in sweet. You can make bottle gourd barfi in 3 ways. If you want, you can make 1 tarika bottle gourd barfi in milk, but it takes a lot of time. If you want, you can also make 2 ways Lauki ki Barfi with condensed milk. If you want, you can also make 3 types of bottle gourd barfi by adding mawa.

Lauki ki barfi is ready quickly. Lauki ki barfi tastes very good. You must try this once at home.

Material:-

  • Gourd
  • Condensed milk
  • dry fruits
  • desiccated coconut
  • Milk
  • milk powder
  • Desi Ghee

How to make Lauki Barfi:-

To make bottle gourd barfi, first you have to grate the bottle gourd. After grated, you have to squeeze out the extra water from the bottle gourd. And Abu, I have to put the pan on the gas and in it you have to add grated bottle gourd, dry coconut and mix it well. After that you have to put milk in it and dry it on high flame while stirring continuously.

After drying, you have to add 2 spoons of desi ghee to it and mix it well. You have to cook it for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes you have to mix powdered sugar in it. Now you have to mix by adding condensed milk to it and then you have to add milk powder to it and mix it well for 2 minutes so that it comes to the consistency of solidification. When it comes to the consistency of freezing, then you have to add cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix it well.

Grease the plate in which you want to make barfi with ghee. After that you have to spread the barfi well and put dry fruits in it and press it well.

You have to put it in the fridge to set it for 1 hour.

 So that it gets solidified well.

After 1 hour, when it freezes well, then you have to cut it into pieces.

Lauki ki barfi is ready, enjoy it with your whole family.

Important Tips :-

If you want, you can also add mawa in place of milk powder.
