1. Important Ingredients:-


  • 8-9 potatoes have to be boiled and mashed
  • 3-4 capsicum finely chopped
  • 4-5 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 3-4 onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 gram of green peas
  • 3 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • salt to taste

  • How to make Pav Bhaji To make Pav Bhaji, put butter in a pan and melt it.
  • Then add chopped onion and mix it.
  •  Then add green peas and mix them.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste and mix well.
  •  Add chopped capsicum and mix it well.
  • Add finely chopped tomato and mix it well.
  •  Add salt according to taste.
  • Then close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low, medium flame.
  • After 5 minutes, add turmeric powder to it.
  • Add Pav Bhaji Masala.
  • Add Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • Add garam masala and mix it well—Cook for 5 minutes on low, medium flame. After 5 minutes, add mashed potatoes to it and mix it well. 
  • After mixing, add two glasses of water to it. Will mix well.
  •  Cook for 10 minutes and add chopped coriander and mix it well..
Ingredients for Flavoring Pav:-

  • Two ladi pav
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp green coriander
  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala

To change the taste of pav bhaji pav, we will mix butter, chopped coriander, garam masala, pav bhaji masala, and Kashmiri red chillies well in the batter. Cut two pavs in the middle and cook them with spiced butter. Heat the pav and cook it from both sides.

Last, serve me pav bhaji with chopped onion, lemon, coriander butter.
